10 Superfoods to Boost Productivity

Scientists have discovered a direct link between foods consumed by people and their productivity levels. This forces us to rethink our dietary habits and consume superfoods that are rich in vitamins and protein.

Here is a list of some superfoods that we can consume to increase our productivity.

Salmon
Not just Salmon but most fatty fish (trout and sardines) are rich in omega-3 fatty acids that are scientifically proven to have immense health benefits especially affecting the mental health of human beings.

Berries

Avocado
Avocado contains oleic acid that helps lower cholesterol and increases blood flow to the body. It also increases concentration as fibre and fat from avocados helps keep insulin levels steady.

Banana
Bananas are packed with the glucose that gives people energy to stay focused and perform better at work. They also are rich in carbohydrates that help you stay full for longer durations.

Eggs
Breakfast is said to be the best and most important meal of the day and eggs are considered to be one of the most wholesome ways to gain nutrients and vitamins. Eggs contain omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin B both which enhance the brain’s capacity and performance.

Leafy Vegetables
Leafy vegetables might not be for everyone’s taste buds but they are packed with folate, vitamin B12 and B6 that are proven to help one’s overall brain health. They also help increase the overall blood circulation.

Oats
Oats are considered the best source of carbohydrates as they help stabilize your blood sugar levels. They are also packed with vitamins; magnesium, potassium and fibre that helps maintain a good nervous system.
